Established in 1976, Valley-Wide is a private non-profit 501 (c)(3) corporation governed by a volunteer community board. Valley-Wide has service sites located throughout rural counties in Southern Colorado. Services include Medical, Dental, and Behavioral Health along with multiple special programs. Valley-Wide serves all ages through a family-practice focused approach. Emphasis is placed on assisting the patient and achieving their health outcomes in the most appropriate way. Fueled by a passion to provide quality health care for all people, Valley-Wide has become a national leader in the health care field and a model for comprehensive, community-based health care.

Blue Mountain Medical Center is a unique medical and surgery practice serving the San Luis Valley. We perform procedures in-office. In addition, we offer imaging services, wound and trauma care, as well as basic medical care and pharmacy services. We do not utilize a separate facility or take insurance so that we can offer our services at a fraction of the price of most standard medical practices. We also offer a full range of employer services, including on-site medical care, independant medical exams, workers compensation case management and are Level 2 accredited. Our doctors and surgeons are board-certified and fellowship-trained.

Del Norte was founded as a service center for the mining activities going on in the area, becoming the supply base and financial center at the west end of the San Luis Valley. Today, Del Norte has become the Gateway to all season fun, from biking, hiking, camping, fishing, backpacking, hunting, shopping, to skiing and snowmobiling.
